Shooting Features Continuous Shooting Mode (Burst Shooting) Use this mode to capture the details of a moving subject by shooting a continuous series of images. 29m 0s 840 1 Press the d button and confirm or change the settings in the continuous menu. • See "Continuous Menu" (A 52) for more information. • Press the d button after changing the settings and return to the shooting screen. If the camera does not detect the subject, the camera selects the focus areas (up to nine areas) containing the subject closest to the 29m 0s camera. 840 • Press the shutter-release button halfway to lock focus and exposure. • When Continuous, Pre-shooting cache, or BSS is selected in the continuous menu, images are captured while the shutter-release button is held all the way down. • When Continuous H: 120 fps, Continuous H: 60 fps, or Multi-shot 16 is selected in the continuous menu, the number of images determined by the setting are captured when the shutter-release button is pressed all the way. There is no need to hold the shutter-release button down. • The focus, exposure, and white balance settings are fixed at the values for the first image in each series. • After shooting, the camera returns to the shooting screen. If O is displayed, do not turn the camera off. 50

Continuous Shooting Mode (Burst Shooting)
Use this mode to capture the details of a moving subject by shooting a continuous
series of images.

Frame the subject and shoot.
By default, when the camera detects the main subject,
it focuses on that subject. If the camera does not detect
