Playback Options: The Playback Menu c Delete Delete selected pictures or all pictures. Erase selected images Delete selected pictures (A 94). Erase all images Delete all pictures. B Notes on Deletion • Once deleted, pictures cannot be recovered. Transfer important images to a computer before deletion. • Pictures marked with the s icon are protected and cannot be deleted. d Protect Protect selected pictures from accidental deletion. See "Selecting Multiple Pictures" (A 94) for more information on using this function. Note, however, that formatting the camera's internal memory or the memory card will permanently erase protected files (A 110). Protected pictures are recognized by the s icon (A 7, 43). f Rotate image After shooting, set the orientation in which pictures are displayed during playback. You can rotate still pictures 90 degrees clockwise or 90 degrees counterclockwise. Select a picture in the picture selection screen (A 94), and press k to display the Rotate image screen. Press the multi selector J or K to rotate the picture 90 degrees.
