Troubleshooting Problem Cause/Solution Unexpected results when flash set to V (auto with red-eye reduction). If taking pictures with V (auto with red-eye reduction) or fill flash with slow sync and redeye reduction when scene mode is set to Night portrait, In-Camera Red Eye Fix may be applied to areas not affected by red-eye. Use any scene mode other than Night portrait, and change the flash to any other settings other than V (auto with red-eye reduction) and try shooting again. A 28, 36 Playback Problem File cannot be played back. Cannot zoom in on picture. Cannot record or play back voice memos. Cannot use D-Lighting, electronic VR, crop, or small picture options.
