Time Zone and Date G button ➜ B (setup menu) Change time zones, set the camera clock, choose the date display order, and turn daylight saving time on or off. Be sure to check the camera clock regularly against more accurate timepieces and adjust time and date settings as necessary. Option Description Time zone Choose a time zone. The camera clock is automatically set to the time in the new time zone. Date and time Set the camera clock. Date format Choose the order in which the day, month, and year are displayed. Daylight saving time Turn daylight saving time on or off. The camera clock will automatically be advanced or set back one hour. The default setting is Off. If the clock is reset, a t indicator will be displayed. Monitor Brightness G button ➜ B (setup menu) Press 1 or 3 to adjust monitor brightness. Choose higher values for increased brightness, lower values for reduced brightness. • Monitor brightness can only be adjusted when the monitor is the active display; it cannot be adjusted in the "viewfinder only" monitor mode or when your eye is to the viewfinder. • Higher values increase the drain on the battery.
