; LI. 1 , .1, or " 7. Attach the Handlebar A Remove the bolts and washers from two of the pivot assemblies. Slide the paper wrappers off the pivot sleeves. A Hold the handlebar over the lower bar with the open end up as shown_ A Insert a pivot sleeve from right to left through the handlebar and into the lower ban Rotate the sleeve until the tab in the sleeve aligns with the notch in the handlebar. A Place the washer on the bolt. Thread the bolt into the pivot sleeve from the left side. Make sure the tab and notch remain aligned. A Tighten the bolt with the 6mm Alien wrench. Allen wrench Bolt 0 Open end Washer 0 Pivot sleeve Lower bar Handlebar -.ct r'h Upper bar Lower bar

Attach
the
Handlebar
A
Remove
the
bolts
and
washers
from
two
of
the
pivot
assemblies.
Slide
the
paper
wrappers
off
the
pivot
sleeves.
A
Hold
the
handlebar
over
the
lower
bar
with
the
open
end
up
as
shown_
A
Insert
a
pivot
sleeve
from
right
to
left
through
the
handlebar
and
into
the
lower
ban
Rotate
the
sleeve
until
the
tab
in
the
sleeve
aligns
with
the
notch
in
the
handlebar.
A
Place
the
washer
on
the
bolt.
Thread
the
bolt
into
the
pivot
sleeve
from
the
left
side.
Make
sure
the
tab
and
notch
remain
aligned.
A
Tighten
the
bolt
with
the
6mm
Alien
wrench.
