Seat tube Brack N Pivot sleev.e 8. Attach the Seat Tube • Remove the bolts and washers from the WO remaining pivot assemblies. Slide the paper wrappers off the pivot sleeves. • Align the hole in the end of the seat tithe with the bracket hole on the base as shown. Allow the other end of the seat tithe to rest on the floor. • Insert a pivni sleeve limn right to left through the bracket and into the seal tube. Rotate the sleeve until the tab in the sleeve aligns with the notch in the bracket.. • Macre the washer on the bolt. Thread the holt into the pivot sleeve from the left side. Make sure the tab and notch mmant aligned. • lighten the bolt with the tinun Allen wrench. 10

Remove
the
bolts
and
washers
from
the
WO
remaining
pivot
assemblies.
Slide
the
paper
wrappers
off
the
pivot
sleeves.
•
Align
the
hole
in
the
end
of
the
seat
tithe
with
the
bracket
hole
on
the
base
as
shown.
Allow
the
other
end
of
the
seat
tithe
to
rest
on
the
floor.
•
Insert
a
pivni
sleeve
li
mn
right
to
left
through
the
bracket
and
into
the
seal
tube.
Rotate
the
sleeve
until
the
tab
in
the
sleeve
aligns
with
the
notch
in
the
bracket..
•
Macre
the
washer
on
the
bolt.
Thread
the
holt
into
the
pivot
sleeve
from
the
left
side.
Make
sure
the
tab
and
notch
mmant
aligned.
•
lighten
the
bolt
with
the
tinun
Allen
wrench.
