Upper bar Handlebar 4 Pivot sleeve Handlebar Upper bar Handlebar Upper bar Lower bar ■ Pivot the handlebar up until the other hole in the handlebar aligns with the hole in the upper bar (A). ■ Insert a pivot sleeve from right to left through the handlebar and into the upper bar (B). Rotate the sleeve until the tab in the sleeve aligns with the notch in the handlebar. A Place the washer on the bolt. Thread the bolt into the pivot sleeve from the left side. Make sure the tab and notch remain aligned. A Tighten the bolt with the 6mm Allen wrench.

Rotate
the
sleeve
until
the

sleeve
aligns
with
the
notch
in
the
handlebar.
A
Place
the
washer
on
the
bolt.
Thread
the
bolt
into
the
pivot
sleeve
from
the
left
side.
Make
sure
the
tab
and
notch
remain
aligned.
A
Tighten
the
bolt
with
the
6mm
Allen
wrench.
