I did a HotSync operation, but one of my applications did not synchronize. I am using Outlook as my PIM, but I cannot do a HotSync operation. I cannot launch the HotSync Manager. I tried to do a local HotSync operation, but it did not complete successfully. s On a Windows computer, click the HotSync Manager and choose Custom. Check that the correct conduit is active. s On a Macintosh, double-click the HotSync Manager icon. From the HotSync menu, choose Conduit Settings. Select your user name from the User pop-up menu, and check that the correct conduit is active. s Click the HotSync Manager and choose Custom. Check that the correct conduit is active. s Check that the correct conduit is installed.
