C 3.2 Telephone Features Caller ID Call Waiting During a conversation, a Call Waiting tone offered by your Central Office informs you that there is a call waiting. If the Caller ID service provides you with a caller's information, such as the name and telephone number, the new caller's information will be displayed (flashing) on your extension (KX-TA30830 only) during the assigned time. You can answer the second call by disconnecting the first call or placing it on hold.
