Using a Cellular Phone with this Unit Base unit 1 To put the land line call on hold, press {HOLD}. 2 To make a cellular call Dial the phone number, then press the desired CELLULAR SELECT button ({1} to {5}). To answer a cellular call Press the CELLULAR SELECT button ({1} to {5}) that is flashing. L To hold the cellular call, press {HOLD}. 3 To return to the land line call, press {LINE1} or {LINE2} that is flashing on the base unit. Cellular settings Important: L You must register your cellular phone to the base unit before programming. Ringer settings for cellular calls Y^ Ringer volume You can change the ringer volume heard when a cellular call is received. You can change it for the handset and base unit individually. Handset 1 {MENU} (center of joystick) i f i {SELECT} 2 "Ringer for cell" i {SELECT} 3 "Ringer volume" i {SELECT} 4 Select the desired volume.
