L If necessary, press {+} or {-} to select the desired ring setting and press {SET}. How to receive calls If the call is a phone call, the fax machine will record a voice message automatically. If a fax calling tone is detected, the fax machine will receive a fax automatically. Note: L Do not connect an answering machine to the same telephone line. If connected, set automatic answer feature to off. L Do not subscribe to Voice Mail service. L If you have already subscribed to Distinctive Ring service, refer to page 66.
