If the hose should become clogged: ➢ Unplug vacuum cleaner. ➢ Press two tabs and pull open suction inlet and check for clogging. ➢ Disconnect hose from short hose and check the hose for clogging. ➢ Plug in vacuum cleaner and turn on. ➢ Stretch hose in and out to remove clog. ➢ If clog still exists, turn vacuum cleaner OFF and UNPLUG POWER CORD. ➢ Remove lower plate. ➢ Remove short hose from nozzle by lifting straight up. ➢ Inspect hose end and clear any obstructions. ➢ Reinstall short hose. ➢ Reinstall lower plate. - 36 -
