Before Use - Disassembly and Assembly - Disassembly and assembly of the blender container base 1 Attach the container base holder while aligning the · marks on the container base and container base holder. Then turn it anticlockwise firmly. 1 Attach the container gasket into the groove on bottom of the blender container. (Failure to install the container gasket completely into the groove may lead to leaking liquids.) 2 Attach the container base holder while aligning the · mark on the blender container base and container base holder, then press the container base holder until you hear a click sound. 2 Pull out the container base holder. tDo not press tabs on the container base holder to avoid the blender container base falling. Tab (Both side) 3 Insert the blender container base into the blender container after aligning, then turn the container base holder clockwise until it stops turning. ( The "O" mark on the blender container base will align with the line on the blender container.) 3 Press tabs on the container base holder to release the blender container base from it. Tab (Both side) 4 Press tabs to remove the container base holder. Tab (Both side) CAUTION: µ Pay attention when handling the blender container base. Blades are sharp. µ If the gasket is not attached to blender container and/or the blender container base is not attached firmly onto the blender container, liquid may leak out. &/ Disassembly and assembly of the cover unit 1 Pull up the tab to open the cover. 1 Attach the cover gasket properly onto the cover groove, align the cover with the À mark on the cap. Then turn the cap clockwise until the À mark on the cover aligns well with the portion on the cap and you hear a click sound. (If the cover gasket is not properly installed, liquid may leak through the cover.) 2 Turn the cap anticlockwise and pull up to remove it. 2 Place the cover unit on the blender container and press down. CAUTION: µ When you force open the cover unit, be careful not to let any liquid splash. Additionally, take caution with the emerging steam, especially when blending hot liquids. CAUTION: µ Make sure the cover unit is attached firmly. Correct Incorrect µ When the tamper is not in use, make sure to attach the cap while blending. µ When using the "frozen" menu selection, insert the tamper from the cover opening instead of attaching the cap. Assembly of the ice pack and drip tray Use the ice pack tape strips to secure the ice pack over and under the blender container handle with the label facing the inner side of the pack. Set the drip tray onto the motor housing and push it down completely. CAUTION: When removing the drip tray after blending, beware of water spillage. &/ English

container base holder. Then turn it anticlockwise
firmly.

Pull out the container base holder.
Do not press tabs on the container base
holder to avoid the blender container base
falling.

Insert the blender container base into the blender
container after aligning, then turn the container base
holder clockwise until it stops turning. (The
O
mark on the blender container base will align with
the line on the blender container.)

Attach the cover gasket properly onto the cover
groove, align the cover with the
mark on the
cap. Then turn the cap clockwise until the
mark
on the cover aligns well with the
portion on the
cap and you hear a click sound. (If the cover
gasket is not properly installed, liquid may leak
through the cover.)
Place the cover unit on the blender container and
press down.

Press tabs to remove the container base holder.

Pull up the tab to open the cover.

Turn the cap anticlockwise and pull up to
remove it.
When you force open the cover unit, be careful
not to let any liquid splash. Additionally, take
caution with the emerging steam, especially
when blending hot liquids.

Press tabs on the container base holder to
release the blender container base from it.

Make sure the cover unit is attached firmly.
When the tamper is not in use, make sure to attach
the cap while blending.
When using the “frozen” menu selection, insert the tamper
from the cover opening instead of attaching the cap.

Use the ice pack tape strips to secure the ice pack over and
under the blender container handle with the label facing the inner side of the pack.
<Drip tray>
Set the drip tray onto the motor housing and push it down completely.
When removing the drip tray after blending, beware of water spillage.
