Heating and Defrosting Time Charts casseroles Food-Service casseroles can be cooked successfully in this microwave oven. For best results, follow instructions below. Preparation Remove all casseroles from their foil baking trays, while still frozen and place in a microwave safe 4-inch half pan. Place in refrigerator and thaw for about 30 minutes per 28 g (ounce).
