Calibrate the touch panel. If the touch panel is detached and then reattached, it may be installed in a slightly different position. This can cause the touch position not to align with the cursor position. Always calibrate the touch panel after it has been detached and reattached. Is the sensor position setting of the touch panel correct? If the wrong sensor position is set for the touch panel, the direction of the touch and the direction in which the cursor moves will differ. Set the sensor position to match the direction of rotation of the touch panel. The cursor poorly follows touching. Is the click mode suited for the way you use the touch panel? Start up the setup panel and select the mode that best suits your needs from the "Click mode" pulldown menu. Is "Range for reducing offset" appropriately set? Set "Range for reducing offset" to a high value so that the slightest touch is not treated as a dragging operation. Double- Is "Double click support" clicks are not appropriately set? recognized. Is "Range for reducing offset" appropriately set? Check the Double click support setting. If "Range for reducing offset" is set low, the slightest touch is treated as a dragging operation. Is something nearby emitting infrared rays? Infrared rays can penetrate and trigger malfunctions. Move the infrared ray source as far away as possible. Is there dirt or reflective objects on the touch panel surface or infrared ray reflective surface? Dirt and reflective matter can be recognized as touches whereby causing malfunctions. Remove any dirt and reflective matter. The setup panel settings cannot be saved. Did you log in with user privileges that restrict access to the folder where the Driver software execution file is installed?
