Troubleshooting Before asking for repairs, check the symptoms with the following table. Contact your dealer if a problem cannot be solved even after checking and trying the solution in the table or a problem is not described below. When using DC power supply • Is 12 V DC power supply connect to the power supply terminal? → Check whether the connection is appropriately established. The setup menus of the matrix switchers - such as WJ-SX550 Series are com- posed of non-interlace signals, which this unit sometimes cannot transmit. 27
