(If it is blinking, the subject is not in focus.) 1Hard-to-Autofocus Subjects (p.46) Focus indicator • The focus is locked (focus lock) while ] is lit. To focus on another subject, take your finger off of the shutter release button first. • Automatic continuous autofocus activates and focus is not locked when the shutter release button is pressed halfway during \ (Moving Object) mode.
