DFS Alarm Installation ALARM SENSOR (White/Red) The white/red lead is a negative triggered (Grounding) input that can be connected to various separately sold shock or glass sensors. There is no limit as to how many sensors are connected, so you can ensure total protection of your vehicle. Follow the makers instructions as to installation and wiring. Note: • If the shock sensor detects vehicle vibrations, use the negative (-) output type. If you use the posi- tive (+) output type, the alarm will sound continually, and the shock sensor will not operate correctly. This product Glass Sensor Blue/Brown (refer to "STARTER CUT-OFF".) White/Orange (refer to "DOOR LOCK".) White/Red Brown (refer to "ALARM OUTPUT".) White/Yellow (refer to "DOOR SWITCH".) Shock Sensor (Ensure proper sensitivity adjustment in accordance with maker's instructions.) DFS Alarm Installation
ALARM SENSOR (White/Red)
The white/red lead is a negative triggered (Grounding) input that can be connected to vari-
ous separately sold shock or glass sensors. There is no limit as to how many sensors are
connected, so you can ensure total protection of your vehicle. Follow the makers instruc-
tions as to installation and wiring.
Note:
If the shock sensor detects vehicle vibrations, use the negative (–) output type. If you use the posi-
tive (+) output type, the alarm will sound continually, and the shock sensor will not operate correct-
ly.
