Message CHECK DISC Cause The disc is damaged or dirty. The disc is loaded upside down. CHECK (blinking display) E1 E2 A system error occurred, perhaps due to noise or static electricity. The disc was not loaded properly. The disc mechanism is not working properly. 9 Additional Information Remedy Take out the disc and check for dust, dirt, scratches, etc. Clean as necessary. Take out the disc and reload it label-side up. If the same message is displayed again after the disc is reloaded, unplug the power cord and plug it in again. If the message is still displayed, please contact a Pioneer authorized service center. Unplug the power cord and plug it in again.
