Attach the Rear Rack Base 40 to the Rear

11. Attach the Left Rack Base (37) to the Center Rack Base (39) with two M10 x 67mm Bolts (86), an M10 Washer (80), and an M10 Nylon Locknut (77). Do not tighten the Bolts. Do not tighten the Locknut.
