TROUBLESHOOTING MILK FROTHER ISSUES Not be able to start SOLUTIONS Check the power is corresponding to your civil electricity. Poor quality of milk after frothed. The jug is placed on its original base, not kettle's base. Check if the proper whish is used or not. Make sure adequate cleaning has been implemented after the last use. The dried residual milk may stall the frothing speed. Red light blinking Purple light illumination Over flow Suggested to use whole or semi-skimmed milk, stored at refrigerator at 6~10 degree. The unit is hot after operation, cool it down by filling tap water into jug. Call service line. Check if proper quantity of milk was added corresponding to the whish. ESPRESSO MACHINE No coffee is brewed. The coffee is not hot enough. Capsule can't drop down The water tank is empty. -The Cold cups / mugs. - Scale build-up in machine. - Cold machine. -The used capsule container is full. -The capsule is deformed a�er brewing. Fill water in the water tank. Preheat cup / mug. - Descale. - For cold machine, brewing a cup of water to warm up the circuit. Empty the used capsule container. - Push it down with finger, or close the handle and open it once again. steam when handle opened. - Opened the handle too - Leave a few seconds to let the residual quick when brewing finished. pressure to escape. 21 www.NutrichefKitchen.com
