Setting the Machine ID In some countries, you are required by law to indicate your fax number on any fax you send. Entering Characters Using the Number Keypad As you perform various tasks, you need to enter names and numbers. Setting the Date and Time The current date and time are shown on the display when your machine is on and ready to work. For this machine, all of your faxes will have the date and time printed on them. Using the Save Modes Power Save Mode Power Save mode allows your machine to reduce power consumption when it is not in actual use.
