Basic Network Installation Information Checklist Before starting the basic network installation procedures, please ensure the following items are available or have been performed: Item By An existing operational network utilizing TCP/IP is required, these procedures are not designed to install a network. Customer A suitable network cable. Customer If you are going to configure TCP/IP manually, you need to obtain and record the following information: • TCP/IP Address: • Gateway Address: • Subnet Mask Address: • Primary DNS Server Address: Refer to the Glossary for additional information on the Gateway Address, Subnet Mask Address and Primary DNS, if needed. Customer Test the Type 103 to ensure it is installed fully and functioning correctly. Customer Type 103 print and fax drivers.
