THE BASICS Adding tasks Use Tasks to keep track of things you need to do. 1. From the home screen, press the Main Menu key ( ) g Main Menu 4 g Tasks ( ) g touch the right soft key function Menu g New Task. 2. Enter a subject for your task, and enter information such as start and due dates, priority, and so on. 3. Specify the type of category for your task, so that it can be grouped with other related tasks. Touch Categories, then select a preset category (Business, Holiday, Personal, or Seasonal), or touch New to create your own category. 4. When done, touch ok . 37
