Touch and hold your finger on the message you want to delete. A submenu displays. 3. Touch Delete to delete the message from the inbox. To delete a message from the phone 4. Touch the Inbox drop down menu. 5. Touch the Deleted Items folder. 6. Touch the message you want to delete and press the left soft key function Delete. 7. At the Deleted Items pop-up touch Yes to continue, or No to cancel the operation.
