If you select Manual, the phone scans for the available networks. Go to Step 3. 3. Press the or key until the preferred network is highlighted and then press the OK soft key. You are connected to that network. Caller ID You can prevent your phone number from being displayed on the phone of the person being called. Note: Some networks do not allow the user to change this setting. The following options are available. Default: the default setting provided by the network is used. Installing the SIM Card	18
1. If necessary, switch off the phone by holding down the key until the power-off image is displayed.	18

3. Slide the SIM card into the SIM card holder so that the holder locks the card in position. Make sure that the cut corner is top left and the gold contacts of the card face into the phone.	18

Storing a Number with a Name	31
