Removing the memory card 1. To unlock the memory cover, use your thumb to slide the memory card cover to the Unlock position (as indicated) until you hear a slight clicking sound. 2. Gently lift upward on the edge of the memory card cover. 3. Carefully remove the memory card. 4. Close and lock the memory card cover: (1) close the memory card cover using your thumb to push the cover down (as shown below). (2) slide the memory card cover back into the Lock position. Installing the battery 1. With the cover removed, verify the SIM card is securely inserted. 2. Slide the battery back into the compartment so that the tabs on the end align with the slots at the bottom of the phone. 3. Press the battery down until it clicks into place. Getting Started 8

Removing the memory card
1.
To unlock the memory cover, use your thumb to slide the memory card cover to the Unlock position (as
indicated) until you hear a slight clicking sound.
2.
Gently lift upward on the edge of the memory card cover.
3.
Carefully remove the memory card.
4.
Close and lock the memory card cover:
(1) close the memory card cover using your thumb to push the cover down (as shown below).
(2) slide the memory card cover back into the
Lock
position.
Installing the battery
1.
With the cover removed, verify the SIM card is securely inserted.
2.
Slide the battery back into the compartment so that the tabs on the end align with the slots at the bottom of
the phone.
3.
Press the battery down until it clicks into place.
