(Continued) To combine two non-contiguous tracks: (Example: the first and third tracks) Move the third track to the second track using the MOVE function. Then, combine the first and second tracks using the COMBINE function. Note: q Tracks recorded from analogue inputs cannot be combined with tracks recorded from CDs or MDs using the digital inputs. q Tracks recorded in the stereo mode cannot be combined with tracks recorded in the monaural long-play mode. q Tracks where either track's recording time is less than 15 seconds may not be combined. q This function cannot be used in the random play mode and APMS play mode. s Move (Remote control operation) 4 Select the new track position pressing the or button. q To cancel the operation, press the s button. 5 Press the ENTER button again. q The track is moved, and the unit is stopped at the beginning of the new track which has the same track number as selected number in step 1.
