GIVING PRIORITY TO A RESERVED JOB When multiple jobs are waiting to be transmitted, the jobs are normally transmitted in the order they were reserved. If you need to give priority to a job and send it ahead of the other jobs, follow the steps below. JOB STATUS Press the [JOB STATUS] key. 1 (1) Select the job to which you wish to give Print Job Scan to Fax Job Internet Fax priority. Address Set Time Pages Status (1) Touch the mode tab of the job to be given 1 Broadcast0001 10:00 04/01 020/003 Connecting Job Queue 2 AAA AAA 10:05 04/01 000/001 Waiting 1 Complete priority. 2 3 BBB BBB 4 CCC CCC 1 10:22 04/01 000/004 Waiting 10:30 04/01 000/010 Waiting (2) Touch the key of the job to be given priority. (3) Touch the [Priority] key. Detail Priority Stop/Delete The selected job moves up to the position immediately following the job in progress. The job will be executed when the job in progress is completed. (2) (3) Fax mode: If the job in progress is a broadcast transmission job or a serial polling job, the priority job will be transmitted between destinations of the broadcast transmission or serial polling job. However, if the priority job is a broadcast transmission job or a serial polling job, it will be executed after the current job is completed. 169
