If the problem persists even after you tried a couple of times, contact your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service facility. C:04:ss cA battery pack that is not an "InfoLITHIUM" battery pack is being used. Use an "InfoLITHIUM" battery pack. (p. 96) C:21:ss cMoisture condensation has occurred. Remove the cassette and leave your camcorder for at least 1 hour, then re-insert the cassette. (p. 99) C:22:ss cClean the head using a cleaning cassette (optional).
