Troubleshooting Before taking the unit for repair, check the following sections. Should any problem persist after you have made these checks, consult your nearest Sony dealer. Troubleshooting
Before taking the unit for repair, check the following sections. Should any
problem persist after you have made these checks, consult your nearest
Sony dealer.

Symptom
The unit does not

when the ear
receiver is plugged

Remedy
The batteries have been inserted with incorrect
polarity (page 6).
The batteries are weak.

If you plug in the ear receiver not securely
