Make sure that the switch next to BLUETOOTH is toggled to On in the VAIO Smart Network window. Follow these steps to open the Bluetooth Settings window and check the settings: Click (Start) and Devices and Printers. Right-click the BLUETOOTH device icon and click Bluetooth settings.
