Only charge USB devices with an input voltage of 5 V and a maximum charging current of 1.5 A. To charge a USB device with the battery: 32 15.1 Transporting the Backpack Battery WARNING To reduce the risk of a short circuit, which could lead to electric shock, fire and explosion, never transport the battery in a metal container or near metal objects (e.g., paper clips, nails, coins, keys), @ 5.1. When transporting an undamaged and properly functioning backpack battery: ► Disconnect the battery from the power tool and insert the AP Adapter in the pouch. 1 4 ► Unplug the battery from the power tool or charger. ► Remove the cover (1). ► Pass the plug (2) of the USB device to be charged through the opening in the back plate. ► Insert the USB plug in the backpack battery's USB port (3). ► Replace the cover. ► Press the button on the battery. ► Before charging the backpack battery or starting work with a power tool, first remove any USB device connected to the USB charging port. ► Carry the battery on your back or by the handle. ► Never transport the backpack battery in a metal or other container that is capable of conducting electricity, or near metal objects (e.g., paper clips, nails, coins, keys). ► If you are placing the battery in a container or transporting it in a vehicle, secure it and its container against turnover, impact and damage. ► Never sit on or stand on the battery.
