Carry out only the maintenance operations described in this manual. There are no user-authorized repairs. STIHL recommends that repair work be performed by authorized STIHL servicing dealers. Proper maintenance of the battery includes the following activities: ► Having worn, missing or damaged safety labels replaced by an authorized STIHL servicing dealer. If you make a warranty claim for a component which has not been serviced or maintained properly, coverage may be denied. 0000-GXX-6245-A0 ► If a dis-coloration (arrow) is still visible on the contact surfaces: Sand down the dis-coloration with a fine P 600 sand paper until the contact surfaces shine again. 0458-794-8621-C 19
