Troubleshooting Guide 20 Troubleshooting If your wine storage unit is not operating properly, use the following troubleshooting guide before contacting Sub-Zero factory certified service. This guide will save you time and trouble and may help you avoid the expense of a service call. The wine storage unit is not operating. • Is there electrical power to the unit? • Is the unit on?
