SETTING THE SLEEP TIMER The sleep timer function enables you to shut off the power without pressing POWER button after a desired period. • You must use the remote control unit for the following steps. 1 Press SLEEP button on the remote control unit. The shut off time can be determined by the number of times you press the button. SLEEP PLAYBACK 1 When a tape is inserted, the VCP automatically turns on and a tape begins to play. i l PLAY 2 Press STOP button when playback is completed.
