Never use a pencil to press the Reset button. Pencil lead can break off inside the device and damage it. Turn On the device, and try the keyboard again.
Reset the Keyboard dock
To reset the Keyboard dock, press the Rest button on the
Keyboard dock.
Never use a pencil to press the Reset button. Pencil lead

Uninstall the keyboard driver
You can Uninstall the keyboard driver to allow Windows to
