Viewing the Phonebook note 1) Press . •If the Caller ID message was received as a private/unknown number, or the message does not have the number, you cannot store the message in the phonebook. If it was received as private/ unknown name, the message will be stored as . •Even if all 100 memory locations are full, the message will be stored in the Phonebook. However, the oldest Caller ID message will be erased from the Caller ID list. 2) Press /volume up/down to select Dial/Edit, and then press select/ /audio tone (or the OK soft key). 3) Press /volume up/down to scroll through the phonebook locations. Phonebook locations appear in alphabetical order (from first to last when you press /volume down, from last to first when you press /volume up). You can also use the letters on the number keys to select the first letter of the desired name. Press a number key (2-9 and 0) once for the first letter, twice for the second letter, and so on. The first location that begins with the letter you entered appears. For example, to search for an entry beginning with the letter M, press 6 once. Press /volume up/down, until the phonebook location is displayed. 4) To finish the viewing operation: From the Handset-press end (or during a call).
