ABOUT FOOD FOOD DO Eggs, sausages, nuts, seeds, fruits & vegetables • Puncture egg yolks before cooking to prevent "explosion". • Pierce skins of potatoes, apples, squash, hot dogs and sausages so that steam escapes.
