ANNC. RECORD Message counter Number of messages (or during playback, message number currently playing). Answering system Answering system Message capacity The answering system can record up to 95 messages depending on the length of each message. Individual messages can be up to four minutes. The maximum record time can be more than 11 minutes. The actual recording time depends on individual message characteristics. Messages will remain available for replay until you delete them. Voice prompts Each time you press any answering system key, the answering system uses voice prompts to guide you. Press to repeat message; press twice to play previous message (page 37).
