Answering system Record & play memos ANNC. RECORD Elapsed recording time (seconds). Memos are messages you record yourself. They are saved, played back and deleted exactly like incoming messages. You can record a memo as a reminder to yourself, or leave a message for someone else if other members of your household are using the answering system. Record a memo 1. Press RECORD "Record after the tone. Press STOP when you are done." 2. Speak into microphone. 1. Press RECORD. Elapsed time (in seconds) is shown in the message window as you record. 2. Press PLAY/STOP to stop recording. NOTE: You can record a memo up to four minutes. Memos less than one second will not be saved. ANNC. incoming messages. You can record a memo as
a reminder to yourself, or leave a message for
someone else if other members of your household
are using the answering system.
Record a memo
1. Press
RECORD

to stop recording.
NOTE:
