resistance

increases

toward

the

end

Pedal.

Assemble

the

the

upper

STEPPER

HANDLE

BARS

and

by

first

wiping

a

small

amount

of

liquid

dish

detergent

along

the

upper

length

of

the

Handle

Bar.

This

will

help

in

the

assembly

of

the

Foam

Rollers.

When

the

detergent

dries,

it

will

also

act

as

an

adhesive.

Push

the

Foam

Rollers

onto

the

Handle

Bars.

Assemble

the

STEPPER

HANDLE

BARS

and

to

the

STEPPER

UPRIGHT

by

first

orienting

the

Handle

Bars

so

that

the

ends

with

the

holes

are

to

the

top.
