Insert the Guide Rods into the Guide Rod Plate welded atop the BASE FRAME (1). Onto each GUIDE ROD (9), assemble a 1" I.D. X 2 1/2" O.D. ROUND RUBBER WASHER (98). There are 11 - 10 LB WEIGHT PLATES (10) and 1 - 20 LB. WEIGHT PLATE (113). Into the top side of the 10 LB PLATES (10), press a PLASTIC GUIDE BUSHING (114) at the outside hole positions (Note that "Weider" is cast in the top side of the Plates.) o Working with one 10 LB. WEIGHT PLATE (10) at a time, stack the eleven 10 Lb. Weight Plates onto the GUIDE RODS (9) so the Pinning Access Slot in the Weight Plates is to the front of the unit and to the bottom of each Plate.
