ADJUSTING THE SEAT AND BACKREST To change the height of either Seat (16), remove the Adjustment Knob (102). Raise or lower the Seat to the desired height and re-engage the Knob. The position of the Backrest (15) on the Right Upright (6) can be adjusted in the same manner. 6 102 15 16 102 CHANGING THE WEIGHT SETTING To change the weight setting of the weight stack, insert the Weight Pin (86) under the desired Weight (72). Be sure to insert the Weight Pin until the bent end of the Weight Pin is touching the Weights, and turn the bent end downward. The weight setting of the weight stack can be changed from 6 pounds to 106 pounds, in increments of 12.5 pounds. Note: Due to the cables and pulleys, the actual amount of resistance at each exercise station may vary from the weight setting. Use the WEIGHT RESISTANCE CHART on page 23 to find the actual amount of resistance at each weight station. CONVERTING THE BUTTERFLY ARMS To use the Butterfly Arms (10, 11) as butterfly arms, insert the Locking Pins (53) into the butterfly holes in the Right Upright (6). To use the Butterfly Arms (10, 11) as press arms, insert the Locking Pins (53) into the press holes in the Butterfly Frame (9). CHANGING THE WEIGHT SETTING
To change the weight setting of the weight stack,
insert the Weight Pin (86) under the desired Weight
(72). Be sure to insert the Weight Pin until the bent
end of the Weight Pin is touching the Weights, and
turn the bent end downward. The weight setting of the
weight stack can be changed from 6 pounds to 106
pounds, in increments of 12.5 pounds.
Note: Due to
the cables and pulleys, the actual amount of

CONVERTING THE BUTTERFLY ARMS
To use the Butterfly Arms (10, 11) as butterfly arms,
insert the Locking Pins (53) into the butterfly holes in
the Right Upright (6).
To use the Butterfly Arms (10, 11) as press arms,
insert the Locking Pins (53) into the press holes in the
Butterfly Frame (9).
Make sure that the Locking Pins (53) are fully
inserted into the same set of holes before per-
forming any exercises.
