Read all instructions in this manual and in the accompanying literature before using the weight bench.-- E..: • 2. Use the weight bench only on a revel surface. Cover the floor beneath the weight bench for protection. 8. The weight bench is designed to be used by only one pirson at a time. 9. Make sure that the cable remains on the pulleys at all times.If the cable binds as you are exercising, stop immediately and make sure that the cable is on the pulleys. 3. inspect and tighten all parts each time you • use the weight bench. When the leg lever is used, a barbell with the same amount of weight should be placed on the weight rests to balance the bench. 14.
