ESPRESSO-STYLE DRINKS CAPPUCCINO 1½ cups Milk ⅓ cup Water 1 heaping tsp. Instant coffee ½ tsp. Sugar Sprinkle ground nutmeg, cinnamon, or sweetened chocolate powder on top. You may also add vanilla, mint, hazelnut, caramel, Irish cream, butterscotch, or almond syrup to taste. MOCHACCINO 1½ cups Milk ⅓ cup Water 2½ tbsp. Chocolate syrup (or 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 tbsp. sugar) 1 heaping tsp. Instant coffee Whipping cream Top with whipped cream and sweetened chocolate powder or chocolate shavings, if desired. CAFFÈ LATTE 2 cups Milk ⅓ cup Water 1 heaping tsp. Instant coffee ½ tsp. Sugar Ground cinnamon, nutmeg, or chocolate powder (optional) Sprinkle ground nutmeg, cinnamon, or sweetened chocolate powder on top. Ground ginger Top with whipped cream and sweetened chocolate powder or chocolate shavings, if desired. APPLE-SPICE TEA 1½ cups Water ½ cup Apple cider 2 heaping tsp. Instant tea 2 tsp. Brown sugar ⅛ tsp. Ground cinnamon ⅛ tsp. Ground cloves 2 Lemon slices Garnish each cup with a lemon slice. CREAMY CARAMEL APPLE CIDER 2 cups Apple cider or apple juice 4 tbsp. Caramel syrup ¼ tsp. Cinnamon Whipping cream Top with whipping cream and drizzle 2 tbsp. of caramel syrup over the top of each mug. RUSSIAN TEA 2 cups Water 1½ tbsp. Instant tea 3 tbsp. Orange drink mix 1 tbsp.
