CYCLE GUIDE - SPECIAL-PURPOSE CYCLES For additional cycle details and options, refer to the LCD display. Settings and options shown in bold are default settings for that cycle. For best performance, not all settings are available with each cycle, and some options cannot be used together. Items to wash: Cycle: Wash/Rinse Spin Soil Available Temperature: Speed: Level: Options: Cycle Details: Swimwear, items Rinse/Drain, Warm/Warm Extra High N/A Fan Fresh that need rinsing only & Spin Warm/Cold Medium High Low Cool/Cold Extra Low Cold/Cold No Spin The default cycle is Rinse, Drain, & Spin. This cycle adds water, then uses high-speed tumbling and an extra high-speed spin. For some fabrics, you may wish to set the spin speed to a lower setting. Wet load of clothes Rinse/Drain, N/A & Spin Extra High N/A Fan Fresh High Medium Low Extra Low No Spin Select "None" for rinses. Use this cycle to spin excess water out of a load. This cycle drains the water and spins at an extra-high speed. speed. Spin speed can be set to a lower setting. Custom My Cycle Custom Save your favorite cycle/setting combinations. The certification verified that these cycles reduce 99.9% of bacteria typically found on clothing, bedding, and towels. There is no carryover of bacteria between loads after the cycle is complete. Only cycles with sanitize wash temperature selected have been designed to meet the requirements of NSF Protocol P172 for Sanitizing Effectiveness. †† Allergen Allergen cycle certified by NSF International, an independent, third party testing and certification organization. The certification verified that this cycle reduced tested allergens by at least 95.0% and maintained the water temperature necessary to kill dust mites. Only the allergen cycle has been designed to meet the requirements of NSF Protocol P351 for Allergen Reduction Performance effectiveness. 7
