INTRODUCTION PREPARATION BASIC OPERATION REMOTE CONTROL FEATURES Clearing Learned Functions, Renamed Source Names, and Setup Manufacturer Codes 3 Press and hold CLEAR again for about 3 seconds. "C:OK" appears in the display window. You can clear learned functions, renamed source names and set up manufacture codes. You can also revert the remote control to the factory setting. 1 Press CLEAR by using a ballpoint pen or similar object. CLEAR Note • If you do not press any button within 30 seconds during steps 2 and 3, the clearing process is canceled. If this happen, start over from step 1. 2 Press u / d to select the clear mode. The mode is shown in the display window in the following order: CLEAR Note • "C:NG" appears in the display window if the operation is unsuccessful. In this case, start over from step 2. 4 Press CLEAR to exit from the clearing mode. CLEAR Note • "ERROR" appears in the display window when pressing buttons other than indicated in each step, or more than one button at once. + TV VOL CH - PRESET TV MUTE SELECT TV VOL - CH + PRESET (L: name of a component) Clears all learned functions for the component area. Clears all learned functions for this unit control area. Clears all learned functions. Clears all renamed source names in the display window. You can clear learned functions, renamed source names
and set up manufacture codes. You can also revert the
