ENGLISH Basic Operations and More Adjusting the Keyboard Touch (Touch Sensitivity) You can select four different types of keyboard touch sensitivity - HARD, MEDIUM, SOFT or FIXED - to match different playing styles and preferences. While holding down the [PIANO/VOICE] button, press one of the A6-C7 keys to select the desired touch sensitivity. The current touch type setting appears on the display while both controls are held. A6 C7 Display Key Touch Type OFF A6 Fixed 1 A#6 Soft 2 B6 Medium 3 C7 Hard Description All notes are produced at the same volume no matter how hard the keyboard is played. Allows maximum loudness to be produced with relatively light key pressure. Produces a fairly "standard" keyboard response. Requires that the keys be played quite hard to produce maximum loudness. The volume level changes very widely from pianissimo to fortissimo to facilitate dynamic and dramatic expression. Normal setting: 2 (Medium) This setting does not change the weight of the keyboard. 20 22 • N3/N2 Owner's Manual
