ENGLISH Basic Operations and More Transposition This instrument's Transpose function makes it possible to easily match the pitch of the keyboard in semitone intervals to the range of a singer or other instruments. For example, if you set the transposition amount to "5," playing key C produces pitch F. In this way, you can play a song as though it were in C major, and this instrument will transpose it to F major. While holding down the [FUNCTION] button, press one of the F#2-F#3 keys to set the desired amount of transposition. Holding down both controls shows the current amount of transposition.
